  This pharmacy is AMAZING!! We were traveling from Ohio to Florida last year. Along the trip my husbands cpap machine completely died. A worker at a rest stop in Alabama told us to go to Athens Pharmacy and see if they could help.... and boy did they!!! They set us up with a new cpap machine and took all of our info to process it with our insurance. It took our doctor back home literally 4 months to get them the info they needed to process the claim, but they stuck by us! They processed our insurance claim more than 4 months after helping our family! The employees here are absolutely top notch!! You saved our vacation!!!

  I have been using this pharmacy for almost 2 years now and I love them. The staff is great, especially the tall lady with brown hair, and the lady that works in the back with shoulder length curly hair, as well as the two older women (I wish I could remember names!). I adore them!! They have low prices and the boutique inside the pharmacy is also very unique and they always have the cutest things. I am only giving them a 3 stars because of one pharmacist, Roger. I have seen Roger act very rude and speak down to his employees, loud enough that customers can hear. I know that it really hurt the employee's feelings, too. She looked as if she was about to cry, and it turned out to not even be her fault. Then recently, he was very hateful, literally chewing me out, on the phone simply because I asked a question and hadnt realized something until after I looked. Which I took responsibility for, but it was still not his place to speak to me the way he did. He is not my father, not even my doctor. It was very unprofessional and not appreciated. To make assumptions without cause or to speak down to someone, even with cause, is never okay! If you can't tell, I'm extremely upset by this. I've never been talked to this way by a "professional" before. If I am ever spoken to so rudely again when I did nothing wrong, I will take my business elsewhere. Thankfully it is usually Philip or the sweet lady with red hair, I can't remember her name, that are there when I go, because I do not like this man's haughty attitude one bit. His employees and his customers deserve more respect than he gives.
