- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was looking to change insurance companies. At 2:13 on a Friday I called and each time I tried they answered then hung up without saying anything. I do not want a company that is hard to reach. I was already weary of them because my sister had insurance with them and was late one time. She called the company directly and they told her how much was owed. However, when she went to the office to pay, they chared her $30 more than what was owed, even with late fees. Also, she reports the company charges for the insurance to be paid at their office. I am not sure if they do, but my sister says she was charged to pay in the office. However, since you can't always believe what other experience will be the same as you, I was still going to see if they beat my other company, but firsthand experienced, they kept hanging up the phone instead if answering and I tried 3 times. After I prayed the second time that if I should stay away to let them do so 3 times, and the third time was the same, I knew they wasn't for me.October 24, 2017by Nunnia Biznez
