- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my 13 year old son, who has been having symptoms of strep throat. Was told it would be a 2 hour wait and if we wanted to leave and come back we could. I had already filled out his insurance information. We left and returned 2 hours later for the appointment. Upon returning, the receptionist asked for my id and insurance information (she had this info prior to us leaving). When I gave her my insurance card (AGAIN) she tells me that they don't accept this INSURANCE??? FINE TIME TO TELL ME LUCILLE!!!!! Needless to say, we spent the remainder of the day at the ER...some people really don't need to work for the PUBLIC!!!! Anyone that wants to use this facility, you may want to call and make sure your insurance is accepted before they waste 2 hours of your life!
