  Would you like the staff of Dr. Caldwell's office to use extortion and mafia techniques against your baby boomer parent? This is the practical for you! Not only will this staff abuse and bully your mother and father but, they double charge. The nurses do not know how to conduct an EKG and do not knock before entering the room, one RN/LPN walked in while the Dr was treating and examining my parent. Even being scolded by the Dr. she giggled not understanding why the Dr was upset or that she exposed my mother to other patients and staff. She did not apologize. Obviously my parent did not matter to her. My parent's medicine was supposedly sent to CVS but, never arrived. They wish for her to pay for 2 no show appointments that did not happen because the procedure was more expensive, they say. So, no meds until she pays $200 for an appointment she did not make, they made it for her. My mother is deaf. She would have to have someone drive her to the doctor and in less than one day adult children cannot get a day off. This office staff and mgr are unkind, lazy, rude, lack flexibility and will scold and verbally abuse your aging parents and hold their diabetes and blood pressure medicine hostage until they can extort fees of outrageous varying amounts against vulnerable aging humans. If you love your parents find a practice that cares. This one is not worthy of your parents, they deserve better!
